Pre order information

If you purchased an item on pre order, please refer to the product you purchased for estimated time of delivery. When your pre ordered item comes into stock you will be notified by email of exact shipping date, and will receive a following email with your confirmation number. Expected shipping dates for pre orders are subject to change without notice. For updates on expected shipping dates please refer to the product you pre ordered.

What shipping method do you use?

We utilize USPS Priority Service, USPS Express, and UPS Ground for U.S. placed orders.

What shipping method do you use for international orders placed?

We utilize USPS Global Express.

Tracking Number

All in stock orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped (24-48 hours).

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is determined by the weight and your location. Shipping cost is automatically added to your order. Please make sure you choose the correct shipping method, making the incorrect selection may cause shipping delays with your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders being sent internationally are mailed through the USPS Global Express Mail.  Please note some international orders get stuck in customs for a longer period of time, which may delay deliver time.  We have no control of your order once it leaves US territory.   We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. All international orders are subject to be cancelled if order looks bogus (fraudulent).

Return Policy

All orders are 100% guaranteed, or your money back! We are not only confident you will be happy with your new merchandise, but also pleased with the quality, and timely manner you receive your order. All orders are backed with 100% customer satisfaction or your money back.

We will be glad to make an exchange, give you store credit, or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with excluding sale items.

All returned items must be returned within 10 days from time you received your order.  All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect and sealed and must have the hangtags still attached. We will not accept any returns if the item(s) has been used or damaged for any reason.

Returns which are received after 10 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your own expense.

  Fashion Flairs will not accept any returns after 30 days.

If you received Free Shipping with your order and decide to make a return you will be charged a flat fee of $9.00 for the original shipping cost.

All sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned.

You MUST contact us before you make any returns or exchanges.  Click here to email us.  Be sure to include your name, invoice number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason you are returning your order.  Please include invoice with return order and indicated if you want an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your credit card. 

Please allow 5-10 business day for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

Orders that are refused, returned to sender or never claimed from the postal service will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancelled Order

Any order that uses the incorrect billing address and telephone number will cause the order to be cancelled. This is for our security and yours. You must use the correct billing address and phone number associated with your credit card being used. Please double check billing address before confirming your order.
